These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blank State website and your purchase of products from Blank State. Blank State is operated by Carter Schmitz LLC.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please do not use the website or submit an order if you do not agree to these terms.

1. ONLINE STORE

Our store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to customers.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You agree not to use our products, website, or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We attempt to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, photographs, sizing information, and other details accurately.

Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing differences, and the screen used to view the product. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

Sizing information is provided as a guide. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before ordering.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product descriptions, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except when there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout when required.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing or fulfillment has begun.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

9. ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Blank State is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

The Blank State name, website design, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, logos, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Carter Schmitz LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

11. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.

You grant Carter Schmitz LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit, and use that content in connection with our store, products, and marketing.
